I love this company! In a visit to the Pike Place Market I bought myself a fabulous large size straw thru which to enjoy my many smoothies (12 mm 10 inch). It was SO satisfying! (and comes with the perfect little brush for cleaning).
A year later I somehow managed to break my straw, even though they are VERY sturdy. By this time I could not imagine Life Without My Straw so made immediate plans to have my niece in Seattle buy me another one. My husband reminded me that it had a “Lifetime Guarantee!” Sure enough, no questions asked, I just sent a picture of my poor straw and very soon after received the replacement in the mail with a tracking number (along with a second one I had decided my niece must have.)
