Every Glass Drinking Straw we make is handcrafted from durable borosilicate glass and comes with a Lifetime Guarantee.

That said, life happens — and occasionally a straw may break, chip, or crack. If that ever happens, we’ve got you covered.

How to Get a Replacement (It’s Easy!)

Replacing your glass straw is quick and stress-free:

Step 1: Send Us an Email

Email us at DSG.RISSA@GMAIL.COM with the following:

• 📸 A photo of the broken straw

• 📏 The length and diameter of the straw
  (If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help!)

Step 2: Choose Your Replacement

Once we receive your email, we’ll reply with a coupon code based on your original straw.

You’ll have options:

• Free clear glass straw (just pay shipping & handling)

• Reapply your original design for a small design fee

• Want to switch designs or add more items to your order? Go for it!

Note: A few specialty sizes (like Camelbak glass straws) have a small $2 fee for clear replacements.
